Comcast subscribers, and people who are in Comcast's mailing list, check your mailboxes! The latest edition of the Comcast "Buzz" magazine includes a coupon inside for a free On-Demand movie, valued up to $3.99. That's right, Comcast is giving away a free on-demand movie. You just have to include the coupon with your next payment to Comcast. If you are paying online, just ask customer support or take the coupon to your local Comcast payment center to get the discount applied.

You do need to have digital cable service with Comcast to take advantage of this coupon, and you obviously need the coupon in hand :)

The 15% bag discount is back at Office Max!

Office Max, the home of no rebates allowed, is having a bag event again! Look inside your Sunday paper (January 6), and you will find an Office Max bag. Then take the bag to the store along with your MaxPerks account (free to get one, or use your phone # to look it up), and fill up the bag. Everything that fits in the bag gets a 15% discount.

There will be a free preview of Jade Premium on Comcast Cable, runing from January 5 to January 18, 2008. Jade Premium offers Chinese-Cantonese programming. This is available on digital cable on Comcast. This may also be available on other cable system, but we only know of Comcast for sure.
