FlexCar.com is one of a new breed of companies that allow you to share a car from a pool of available cars, for a fee. Instead of buying/owning/renting/leasing a car, you just use one of the cars from their pool of avialable vehicles. You do have to pay hourly fees, and a $35 annual fee.
