First, let's look at the Labor day weekend ads in this post. These are good for Labor Day but not the rest of the week. And we start with a 100pk of Office Depot branded DVD-R or DVD+R for $18, bringing the price down to 18c per blank dvd. If you prefer Maxell, their 50pk is $10, which means 20c per blank DVD. Four different Maxtor hard drives are on sale starting at $70. A 2gb Sabdisk SD card is $20. Sandisk's USB stick memory card reader for SD or Memory Stick Pro Duo is just $10. Not bad eh? Microsoft's Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 is just $10 too! On the computer front, there's an HP desktop system with a 20" LCD widescreen monitor for $650 after three mail-in rebates. Page two of the ad informs us of a 32" AKAI LCD HDTV for $500 without rebates, a 37" Sharp LCD HDTV for $900, and an Akai 42" plasma HDTV for $800. The Archos 604 portable media player with a 30gb disk is $200 while the 8gb Sandisk Sansa player is $130. For those with a smaller budget the 1gb Sandisk Sansa Express is just $45. HP's Photosmart color flat all-in-one is just $200 after a $100 mail-in rebate.
