If you were planning to visit the Office Depot website they appear to be down at the moment. Not sure if it is a scheduled upgrade or something unexpected happened. The message on their website says:
Our system is currently experiencing difficulties. Please try again later.

We thank you for your patience as we continually work to improve our system, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
